If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we will do what we can to make it better. We will accept returns on any unused or unopened products. Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you. Please inspect packages closely for damages and report problems to us immediately. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We have a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please return your unopened items within this time frame. Do to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items. Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shelf Life
We try to minimize the number of preservatives and synthetic ingredients we use in our products. This unfortunately means they do have a limited shelf life. We will guarantee our products for one year from the purchase date. Please keep in mind the aroma of fragrances and vibrance of colorants will diminish over time. We recommend that you use the soaps and body care products within one year of date of purchase. For a longer storage, store soaps in a cool and dry place in their original packaging. Avoid excessive heat, humidity, or exposure to direct sunlight.
All orders are shipped within 2-3 days once payment has been received. Orders not placed through Etsy can be paid for with PayPal or credit card.
We ship USPS, First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the package. Please allow 1-3 days processing time. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on shipping method and the efficiency of the postal service.
If the tracking on your package is marked “delivered” by USPS, but you did not receive it, please contact the post office and/or local authorities. We cannot be held responsible for USPS shipping delays or neighborhood theft.
