Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this type of merchandise cannot be restocked or resold, so we do not accept returns on skincare.
For products other than skincare, returns will be accepted as long as products are unopened and unused and in their original condition when we receive them. Returns must be shipped back at your cost within 14 days of your receipt of the items. Poorly packed shipments that result in damage of the returned product are not our responsibility and damaged items will not be refunded.
