Shipping Policy

We typically ship USPS, First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the package. Occasionally UPS is the more affordable option. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on shipping method and the efficiency of the postal service.

If the tracking on your package is marked "delivered" by USPS, but you did not receive it, please contact the post office and/or local authorities. We cannot be held responsible for USPS shipping delays or neighborhood theft. If your package is damaged during shipping, we require photos of the original packaging and any damaged products. This is so we can file a claim with the post office.

If seller agrees to accept a return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refunds discussed. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping cost is calculated by weight on orders under $100. $100+ orders are shipped free.

A Word On Packing Materials

Most of our packages are shipped in cardboard boxes or recyclable paper fill padded mailers. Occasionally a standard bubble mailer will be used if it is deemed the best way to ship a particular order, but we do our best to use recyclable or reusable external packaging.

In an effort to reduce waste, all interior packing material is reused from packages that were shipped to us. This means the packing material will vary for each order and may include packing peanuts, brown mailing paper, bubble wrap, tissue paper or crinkle paper. We also reuse small size boxes that we receive, so your package may include branding from other companies.

We never have and never will purchase Styrofoam or plastic to use as packing material; and if I know a company uses Styrofoam, I will ask to have my order packed using something else so that I don't have to pass it along to one of our customers.
